Is Starlink Down Right Now?
Check the network signal first, then use the 20-second test below to tell a wider Starlink outage from a problem at your home.
What this means
The live check is still loading. You can start the quick diagnosis below now.
Is it Starlinkāor just your connection?
1. Are all devices in your home offline?
2. What does the Starlink app show?
3. Did the problem start suddenly while Starlink was working normally?
Three signals that matter most
If the app reports an outage/network issue, that is the strongest signal the problem is upstream rather than your WiāFi.
One phone failing is usually local. Every device losing internet at the same moment points toward the router, dish, power, or Starlink network.
A sudden cluster of reports from other users supports a wider-outage diagnosis, but crowd reports alone do not prove your terminal is affected.
If Starlink is not reporting a wider outage
Open the Starlink app. Check alerts, outages, obstruction data, and outage history.
Check power and cables. Look for a loose connector, damaged cable, or router/power issue.
Power-cycle once. Unplug Starlink, wait about 30 seconds, reconnect, then allow it time to reacquire service.
If the app says āSearching,ā wait. Starlink says the dish may be acquiring satellites or updating; persistent searching should be escalated through support.
Important: A public network checker cannot see your individual Starlink terminal. Your Starlink app/account alerts are the best source for service-specific problems.
