“Neutral” means no clear technical direction. We describe that as hold / wait, not a reason to buy or keep a position automatically.

Neutral = hold / wait. A rating can change before the current daily, weekly or monthly bar closes.
What does the result mean for you?
Use the card that matches the Summary gauge above.
The technical balance is bullish
Trend and momentum favor the upside. This can support further research into an entry; it does not tell you whether Tesla is cheap.
There is no clear direction
Signals are mixed or balanced. Waiting for confirmation is different from deciding an existing position still fits your plan.
The technical balance is bearish
Trend and momentum favor the downside. Review exposure and risk; this is not an instruction to short Tesla or sell everything.
Before buying for the long term
| Check | Question to answer |
|---|---|
| Earnings & cash flow | Is the business generating cash consistently? |
| Valuation | How much future growth is already priced in? |
| Margins & deliveries | Is growth becoming more profitable? |
| Execution | Which expectations are results, and which are promises? |
These questions are not scored by the technical gauge. Read Tesla’s latest filings and results.
Why signals can disagree
Technical signals use market data. They do not evaluate your portfolio, purchase price, taxes or ability to absorb losses.
How the assessment works
TradingView supplies the rating, combining moving-average and oscillator signals for your selected timeframe. The Summary is the overall technical rating; the underlying indicator groups can disagree.
We map “Neutral” to “hold / wait” for readability. We do not alter the provider’s rating, invent a confidence percentage or claim it is a financial analyst’s recommendation. This tool does not calculate Tesla’s fair value or an investment price target.
Daily is the default. Switching to weekly or monthly changes the analysis bar length, not a promised holding period. Read the rating methodology.
Feed delays and availability
These panels receive updates directly from TradingView. Stock data in free widgets can be delayed; check each panel’s source status. The last available quote can remain on screen while the market is closed. Reloading the panels does not turn a delayed quote into real-time data.
If a panel is blank or unavailable, use its source link or try Reload panels. No price or buy/hold/sell result is substituted when the feed fails. Your network, privacy settings or site security policy may block embedded panels.
